Shipping Policy

​Orders are shipped within 2-3 Business Days of being placed and are delivered with 7-10 Business Days. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing track information. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Pros Better My Game is not responsible for lost or stolen package confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Contact shipper for investigation.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing with Pros Better My Game.

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should email contact@prosthread.com for shipping information.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
